Terms of sale

Article 1. Scope

These terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between HM CAPITAL, a French single-shareholder limited liability company with a share capital of €440,000, SIREN 843 444 464, whose registered office is at 55 Rue du Bois d'Amour, 86280 Saint-Benoit, France, publisher of geoptim.io (the "Provider"), and any user (the "Customer") purchasing the GEO Optimization Pack on geoptim.io.

Article 2. Service description

The GEO Optimization Pack is a digital service consisting of the automated generation of 4 files customised for the URL analysed by the Customer:

• robots.txt: explicitly allows 30+ AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot and others)
• llms.txt: structured Markdown summary for language models
• Schema.org JSON-LD: structured Organization, FAQPage and Person markup
• GEO-optimized FAQ page: 9+ industry-specific questions and answers in HTML

These files are generated by artificial intelligence based on public data from the analysed website.

Article 3. Prices

Current prices: single file: €19 including VAT, 4-file pack: €49 including VAT (one-off payment, no subscription). Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes, including French VAT at 20%. The net, VAT and gross breakdown appears on the receipt issued after payment.

The preliminary GEO analysis is entirely free and requires no sign-up.

The Provider reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in force when the order is placed.

Article 4. Order and payment

Orders are placed online from the analysis results page. Payment is made by bank card through Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS certified provider. The transaction is secured by TLS encryption. The Provider has no access to any card data.

The order is definitively registered upon receipt of Stripe's payment confirmation.

A valid promotional code may reduce the amount due. A 100% discount code grants access to the files without going through Stripe.

Article 5. Delivery

The files are made available immediately after payment confirmation, by direct download in the browser. No automatic email delivery takes place.

Important: after payment, the purchased files can be generated from the results page. Access to purchased files is kept in your browser's localStorage. Should anything go wrong, contact [email protected] quoting your Stripe session identifier.

A receipt showing the VAT breakdown is sent by email and remains downloadable from the results page.

Article 6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of that right.

By proceeding to payment, the Customer:

• expressly consents to the immediate performance of the digital service,
• expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

Article 7. Ownership of delivered files

The generated files are assigned to the Customer for use on the website they analysed. The Customer is free to modify, integrate and adapt them as they see fit.

Reselling or redistributing the raw files to third parties, without substantial transformation, is prohibited.

Article 8. Liability

The files are generated automatically by AI from public data. The Provider cannot guarantee any effect on search rankings or on citation by AI assistants, which depend on third-party factors (model algorithms, update cycles, AI operator policies).

The Provider's liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the order concerned.

Article 9. Personal data

The processing of personal data in connection with an order is described in the privacy policy.

Article 10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

Article 11. Mediation

In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator if a dispute with the Provider remains unresolved.
