Privacy policy
Geoptim processes the minimum amount of data needed to deliver the service. No personal content is kept on our servers beyond the execution of your request: almost everything about you stays in your own browser, and you can erase it yourself from this page.

Data collected and processed
1. Analysed URL
The URL you enter is sent to our analysis service, which submits it to an AI model to produce the GEO score and the recommendations. It is not kept server-side after the response. It is stored in your browser, as described below.
2. Payment data
If you buy one or more files (€19 to €49 including VAT), payment is handled by Stripe, Inc. Geoptim neither collects nor stores your card details. Data sent to Stripe (email, card, billing details) is subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
3. Billing data
If you fill in your details for your receipt (name or company name, postal address, VAT number), they are saved in your browser's local storage and passed to Stripe as payment session metadata so that they appear on the receipt.
4. Browsing data
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no third-party analytics tool.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com), which means your IP address may be transmitted to Google when the page loads. You can block these requests through your browser settings or a privacy extension, without affecting the service.

This data is accessible only to your browser, on this domain alone. It is not shared with third parties, except for the billing details sent to Stripe at payment time.
Erase your local data
The button below immediately deletes, in this browser, every key listed above. The operation is permanent: your analyses and generated files will be lost.
Purpose and legal basis
- GEO analysis: performance of the requested service, legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR)
- Payment and invoicing: performance of the purchase contract and compliance with accounting obligations (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR)
- Local storage: strictly necessary for the service you requested (access to your purchased files)
Retention
No personal data is stored server-side by Geoptim beyond the processing time of the request. Transaction data (email, amount, billing details) is retained by Stripe under its own legal and contractual obligations, and by HM CAPITAL under the French accounting rules applicable to supporting documents.

Transfers outside the European Union rely on appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses or EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification).

Data stored in your browser stays under your direct control: the erase button above and your browser settings are enough to delete it.

This website sets no cookies within the meaning of the ePrivacy Directive: no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie, no social network cookie. It only uses the browser storage described in the table above, whose uses are strictly necessary for the service you request.
